Enrollment Process

When 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th graders are applying for entrance into Genesis School must submit a complete registration packet, which can be acquired from our office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday). You must submit the following documents with a complete registration packet: Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, Updated Immunization Records, Proof of residence, current or previous transcript and discipline school record. All paperwork must be completed before your child will be considered for enrollment. After reviewing records, an interview may be scheduled.
